Transport Department Govt of Assam Document Verification Notice, Grade III Posts

 NOTICE

 In pursuance of the Govt. communication vide letter No. SLRC-G-III/61/ALLOTMENT OF DEPARTMENTS/2023/35, dated 3rd November, 2025, it is for information of all concerned that Document Verification of candidates selected by the State Level Recruitment Commission for Class-III (Bachelors Degree with Computer Science only) to be posted in the establishments under the Transport Department, Govt. of Assam, is scheduled as per the details given below: 

Date : 11 November, 2025 

Time : 11:00 am onwards 

Venue: Office of the Commissioner of Transport, Assam, Paribahan Bhawan, Jawaharnagar, Khanapara, Guwahati-22 

The candidates must attend the Document Verification along with the original documents and a self-attested photocopy set of the following: 

a. All relevant original documents. 

b. Copy of online Application.. 

c. Admit Cards. 

d. Educational Certificate as per requirement for the post. 

e. Aadhaar Card/PAN/EPIC. 

f. One Passport Size photograph. 

g. Caste Certificate if applicable. 

h. Certificate of Ex-serviceman, if applicable. 

i. Disability certificate/ UDID card in case of PwD Candidates. 

j. Employment exchange registration certificate. 

The list of selected Grade-III (Bachelors Degree with Computer Science only) candidates will be available in the official website of Transport Department, Assam (https:// transport.assam.gov.in). Only the candidates will be allowed inside the venue
