Commissioner of Transport Assam Document Verification Notice, Grade 3 & Grade 4 Posts

 NOTICE 

In pursuance of the Govt. communication vide No. SLRC-G-III/61/allotment of Department / 2023/84, dated dated 3rd November 2025, and No. SLRC-G-IV/Assam/Allotment of Department/ 2025/01/55 dated 04.11.2025, it is for information to all concerned that Document Verification of the candidates selected by the State Level Recruitment Commission for Class- III Posts and the State Level Recruitment Commission for Class-IV Posts to be posted under the Commissionerate of Transport, Assam, Khanapara, Guwahati-22 is scheduled as mentioned below:

The selected candidates must attend the Documents Verification alongwith all relevant original documents and self-attested photocopy set of the following :- 

a) All relevant original documents 

b) Copy of the online application. 

c) Admit Card of the Written Examination. 

d) Age Proof Certificate. 

e) Education Qualification Certificate / Mark Sheets submitted at the time of applying for the posts alongwith all relevant documents. 

f) Caste Certificate (if applicable). 

g) Ex-Servicemen Certificate (if applicable) 

h) Employment Exchange Certificate. 

i) AADHAAR/PAN/EPIC. 

j) One recent Passport Size photo. 

k) Disability Certificate /UDID Card in case of PwD Candidates 

l) Certificate of past experience and expertise if any

The list of candidates allotted to the Commissionerate of Transport, Assam will be available on the official website of Transport Department, Assam (https://comtransport.assam.gov.in). 

The candidate who cannot attend the Document verification on 11th and 12th November 2025 due to genuine reasons will be allowed to attend with documentary evidence only on 13th November 2025.
