Directorate of Sericulture Assam Document Verification Notice, Grade 3 & Grade 4 Posts

 NOTICE 

This is for information to all concern that candidates bearing Roll No. as given below have been selected by the State Level Recruitment Commission SLRC vide letter NoSLRC-G-III/61/ ALLOTM ENT OF DEPARTMENTS/2023/53 dated 03.11.2025 and SLRC-G-IV/ASSAM/Allotment of Deptt/2025/01/27 dated 04.11.2025 for recruitment of Grade-III (Junior Assistant) & GradeIV (Peon & Chowkidar) under Directorate of Sericulture are hereby requested to appear with all relevant documents (in original) for verification at the Office of the Directorate of Sericulture, Assam, Guwahati-22 as shown below:

Venue : Directorate of Sericulture, Assam, Reshom Nagar, Khanapara, Guwahati-22 

Date : 10.11.2025 

Time : 11 A.M onwards 

The candidates who cannot attend for documents verification on 10.11.2025, due to genuine reasons will be allowed to attend only on 11.11.2025 at 11.00 A.M. 

The candidates must attend alongwith the following original documents for verification and 1 (one) set of Self- attested photocopy of all the relevant documents for submission. 

1. Copy of online application. 

2. Admit Card of the written Examination. 

3. Birth Certificate/ Admit Card supporting Date of Birth. 

4. Academic Qualification certificate submitted at the time of applying for the post of Class-III & Class-IV 

5. Caste Certificate (where applicable) 

6. EWS/PwD Certificate (where applicable) 

7. Computer proficiency certificate (where applicable) 

8. Employment Exchange Certificate. 

9. Aadhaar card/ Passport/ Voter ID Card/ PAN Card. 

10. 1 (one) recent passport size photograph (for submission) with self attested signature on the photo & 1 (one) recent passport size photo 

11. No T.A/ D.A will be provided from this end.
