In pursuance of the Govt. communication letter No.SLRC-G-III/61/ALLOTMENT OF DEPARTMENTS/2023/79 dated 3rd November, 2025 and No. SLRC-G-IV/Assam/ Allotment of Deptt./2025/01/50 dated 04.11.2025, it is for information of all concerned that Document Verification of candidates selected by the State Level Recruitment Commission for Class-III and Class-IV posts to be posted in different categories of post in the establishments under Soil Conservation Department, Assam is scheduled as per the details given below: 

Date : 12th November, 2025 

Time : 9.30 AM – 5.00PM 

Venue : Conference Hall of Directorate of Soil Conservation, Assam, 4th Floor, Bhumi Shangrakshan Bhawan, R.G. Baruah Road, Guwahati-05.

The candidates must attend the Document Verification along with the original documents and a self-attested photocopy set of the following: 

a. All relevant original documents. 

b. Copy of online Application. 

c. Admit Cards/ Date of Birth (Age as per HSLC /Class -X) 

d. Educational Certificate as per requirement for the post. 

e. Computer Certificate/ Diploma of minimum 6 months duration from a recognized Institution, if applicable. 

f. Valid LMV/HMV Driving Licence, if applicable. 

g. Aadhaar Card/PAN/EPIC. 

h. Three Passport Size photographs.

i. Caste Certificate, if applicable. 

j. Certificate of Ex-serviceman, if applicable. 

k. Disability certificate/UDID card incase of PwD/PwBD Candidates. 

l. Employment exchange registration certificate. 

The list of Grade-III and Grade-IV candidates will be available in the official website of Soil Conservation Department, Assam (https://soilconservation.assam.gov.in/ or https:// soildirectorate.assam.gov.in/). 

The candidate who cannot attend the Document Verification on12.11.2025 due to genuine reasons will be allowed to attend only on 13.11.2025 with documentary evidence. only the candidates will be allowed inside the venue.
