In pursuance of Government communication vide letter No. ITFC.297555/161 dated
07.11.2025 it is hereby notified that the document verification of candidates selected by the
State Level Recruitment Commission for Class-III posts to be posted in the Directorate of
Museums, Assam is scheduled as per the details given below:
Date : 10th November, 2025
Time : 10.30 AM
Venue : Office of the Director of Museums, Assam, GNB Road, Ambari, Guwahati 781001
The candidates must be present in the document verification process along with the original
documents and self-attested photocopies of the following:
1. Mark Sheets and Pass Certificates of HSLC, HS and Degree
2. HSLC Admit Card
3. Certificate in Diploma in Computer Application
4. Caste Certificate, if applicable
5. Copy of online application
6. Admit Cards of written examination and skill test
7. Aadhaar Card/PAN Card/Voter ID/Passport for photo identification
8. EWS Certificate, if applicable
9. Two Passport Size photographs
10. Employment Exchange Registration Certificate/Card.
11. Declaration in Form-A under Rule 5(l) of the Assam Public Services
(Application of Small Family Norms in Direct Recruitment) Rules, 2019.
12. NOC (No Objection Certificate) from the Head of Department, if applicable
