Irrigation Department of Assam Document Verification Notice, Class III and Class IV posts

 

NOTICE 

It is for information to all concerned that Document Verification in respect of the candidates selected by the State Level Recruitment Commission for appointment in the Irrigation Department in different categories of Class-III and Class-IV posts (communicated vide letter No. SLRC-G-III/ 61/ALLOTMENT OF DEPARTMENTS/2023/63, Dated 03.11.2025 & No. SLRC-G-IV/ Assam/ Allotment of Deptt/2025/01/35, Dated 04.11.2025 with reference to Advertisement No.SLRC-GIII/91/Advertisement/2023/2, Dtd. 30.10.2023) has been scheduled per the details given below : 

Date : 12.11.2025. 

Time : 11:00 AM onwards 

Venue: Office of the Chief Engineer, Irrigation, Assam, Chandmari, Guwahati-3 

#The candidates must attend the Document Verification programme along with the original documents and self attested photocopy of the following (in two sets):- 

1. Online application admit card for written examination held by SLRC. 

2. Age proof certificate. 

3. All relevant educational documents. 

4. Employment Exchange Registration copy 

5. Caste Certificate for candidates under reserved category 

6. Disability Certificate/UDID card in respect of PwD candidates 

7. Ex-servicemen certificate in respect of reserved candidates. 

8. Address proof and Identity Card (e.g. Aadhaar Card). 

Candidates failing to attend the scheduled Document Verification programme as mentioned above shall not be considered for appointment.
