Name of department: Department of Welfare of Plain Tribes and Backward Classes.

Name of organization: Government of Assam

Application fee: Rs. 30/- 

 

Time limit for delivery of service: 30 working days

Documents to be Uploaded for Caste Certificate Online Apply:

Candidates must upload the scanned copies of the following documents.

Supporting Documents :

1. Applicant's Photo (আবেদনকাৰীৰ ফটো) [Mandatory].
   
2. Proof of Date of Birth(One of Birth Certificate/Aadhar Card/PAN/Admit Card issued by any recognized Board) of Applicant [Mandatory].
   
3. Proof of Residence(One of Permanent Resident Certificate/Aadhar Card/EPIC/Land Document/Electricity Bill, Ration Card) of Applicant or Parent [Mandatory].
   
4. Caste certificate of father [Mandatory].
5. Recommendation of authorized caste/tribe/community organization notified by State Government [Mandatory (incase father's caste certificate not present)].
6. Any other document(Voter List, Affidavit, Existing Caste Certificate etc) [Optional].
7. Upload Scanned Copy of the Application Form [Mandatory (incase of applying from PFC/CSC)].

3. বাসস্থানৰ প্ৰমাণ(স্থায়ী বাসিন্দাৰ প্ৰমাণপত্ৰ/আধাৰ কাৰ্ড/ইপিআইচি/ভূমি নথিপত্ৰ/বিদ্যুৎ বিল, আবেদনকাৰী বা অভিভাৱকৰ ৰেচন কাৰ্ড ) [Mandatory]

4. পিতৃৰ জাতিৰ প্ৰমাণ পত্ৰ [Mandatory]

5. ৰাজ্য চৰকাৰে অৱগত কৰা অনুমোদিত জাতি/জনজাতি/সম্প্ৰদায় সংগঠনৰ পৰামৰ্শ [ Mandatory (incase father's caste certificate not present)]

6. অন্য যিকোনো নথি(ভোটাৰ তালিকা,শপতনামা,বৰ্তমানৰ জাতি প্ৰমাণপত্ৰ ইত্যাদি)[Optional]

7. আবেদন পত্ৰৰ স্কেন কৰা প্ৰতিলিপি আপলোড কৰক [ Mandatory (incase of applying from PFC/CSC)] 

Application Fees:

1. Service charge (through PFC/CSC) - Rs. 30.
2. Printing charge (in case of any printing from PFC/CSC) - Rs. 10 per page.
3. Scanning charge (in case documents are scanned in PFC/CSC) - Rs. 5 per page.
4. User/Statutory charges -Rs. 30.
5. Convenience fee- Rs. 10/-
