Judge Designated Court Guwahati Recruitment 2023 For Grade 4 Peon Posts

 

ADVERTISEMENT 

Applications are invited from the eligible candidates, who are citizens of India as defined in Article 5 and 6 of the Constitution of India, in Standard Form as published in Part-IX of the Assam Gazette, for the following post in the establishment of the judge, Designated Court, Guwahati. 

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA: 

Minimum educational qualification: Class VIII passed. Candidates who have passed HSSLC or equivalent examination or above shall not be eligible to apply for the said post. 

AGE: Minimum 18 Years of age and not exceeding 40 years as on 01.01.2023. 

SELECTION PROCESS: The selection process will be held in one phase, i.e. through Interview/ Viva-Voce. 

TERMS AND CONDITIONS: 

i. Candidates must submit relevant testimonial/certificate and 4 (four) recent passport sized photographs along with the application. However, candidates have to produce their original testimonials regarding educational qualifications, date of birth, working experience, NOC if applying through proper channel etc. at subsequent stages when asked for. 

ii. One self-addressed envelope of affixing postal stamp of Rs. 5/- (Five) is to be enclosed with the a valid mobile number, if any. 

iii. The date, time and venue of the interview/viva-voce will be notified in due time which will be published in the Notice Board and Official Website of this Office. The candidates are advised to keep checking the website of Kamrup (M) District Judiciary. 

iv. The list of provisional candidates with allotted Roll Numbers will be Published in the official website of Kamrup(M) District Judiciary https://kamrupmetro.dcourts.gov.in, for the candidates’ reference. 

v. No TA/DA shall be paid to the candidates for appearing in the Interview/ Viva-voce. 

vi. Candidates who are already in Government Service (Central/ State or PSU) may apply through proper channel. They shall have to produce “No Objection Certificate” from the present employer at the time of document verification before the Interview/Viva-voce and they will have to submit release order at the time of joining. 

vii. Application form which is incomplete in any respect, such as, without photograph and signature, is liable to be rejected summarily. 

viii. Information submitted by an applicant in his/her application will bind the candidate and if found to be false, his/her candidature will be cancelled forthwith and he/she shall be liable for criminal prosecution. 

ix. The candidate will be responsible for any mistake made by him/her in the application form and this office shall not be responsible or liable in any way. 

x. If any candidate is found canvassing directly or indirectly, his/her candidature will be rejected. 

xi. The Office of the Judge Designated Court, Guwahati, reserves the right to cancel, alter or modify the advertisement or other terms and condition of the advertisement without any prior notice. 

xii. The applications are to be submitted to the establishment of
