Applications are hereby invited from the intending eligible candidates in the Standard Form for filling up the vacant 3 posts of Peon in the establishment of the Industrial Tribunal, Cachar, Silchar in the Pay band and Grade Pay with other allowances as admissible under the rules as shown below-

Pay scale: Rs.12000-52000 /- + GP_ 3900/- 

Educational Qualification: Minimum VIII Passed & Maximum HSLC passed .

Terms & Conditions:- 

1. The candidate must be an Indian Citizen as defined in Article 5 to 8 of the Constitution of India. 
2. The candidate must not be less than 18 years and not more than 40 years of age as on 01.01.2023. Relaxation of age will be as per Govt. norms. 
3. Application must be accompanied with self-attested photocopies of all the testimonials regarding educational qualifications, age, caste, valid employment exchange registration card, special skills & experience certificate (if any) along with three copies of recent passport size colour photographs duly signed by the candidates out of which one shall be pasted in the application and the rest two should be stapled in the top right corner of the application form. Candidates to provide his/her mobile No./Whatapp No. in the form. Applicant must submit self addressed envelope affixing postage stamp of Rs. 5/-. Application should reach the office of the undersigned on or before 30.05.2023 till 05.00 pm
4. Candidate already serving in Govt. Department should submit his application through proper channel. 
5. The envelope containing the application should be super-scribed as “APPLICATION FOR THE POST OF PEON”. The applications are to be dropped in the DROP BOX kept in the office of the undersigned for the purpose or should be sent by post. Application should be addressed to 
“Office of the Presiding Officer, Industrial Tribunal, Cachar, Silchar, PIN-788001”. 

6. Application received after last date (either by hand or by post) or incomplete application i.e. those without proper supporting documents or unsigned or without photographs will be summarily rejected. The undersigned shall no way be responsible for any postal delay. 
7. Information given by candidate in his/her application shall bind the candidate and if it is found to be false, his/her candidature shall be cancelled forthwith he/ she shall be liable for criminal prosecution. 
8. Canvassing directly or indirectly shall disqualify candidates. 
9. No TA/DA will be admissible to the candidates for attending the recruitment process. 
10. The mode of selection process will be notified later in the official website of Cachar Judiciary depending upon the number of applications received. List of accepted & rejected candidates will be uploaded in the official website of District Judiciary i.e. http://cacharjudiciary.gov.in. Candidates are advised to follow the official website for different stages of recruitment. 
11. The Selection Board reserves the right to cancel, alter or modify the advertisement or other terms and conditions of the advertisement without any prior notice, which will be notified in the official website.
