3. Scientific Assistant-III: Minimum HSSLC level with Chemistry/ Biology from a Government recognized Institute.
4. Assistant Programmer: B.Sc. (IT/Comp. Sc), BCA, B.Sc. with DOEACC 'A' Level/ PGDCA from a Government recognized University / Institute.
5. Assistant Planning and Research Officer: Master degree in Geography/ Economics/ Statistics/ Mass Communication from a Government recognized University / Institute. Reading and writing skills in Assamese are preferable.
6. Junior Accountant (JA): B. Com/ BBA from a recognized University with minimum 6 Months Certificate/ Diploma in Computer Applications. Candidates having M.Com degree shall be preferred.
7. Administrative Assistant – II (AA-II): Graduate in Any Discipline with minimum 6 Months Certificate/Diploma in Computer Applications.
8. Grade IV: Class X/ HSLC passed from a Government recognized Institute.
