Lakhimpur Judiciary Recruitment 2023: Application are hereby invited from intending eligible candidates in standard form (Assam Gazette Part-IX) for filling up the vacancies of 2 (two) post of Grade-IV posts (One Peon and One Chowkider) in the establishment of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Lakhimpur, North Lakhimpur, Assam in the Pay band and Grade Pay with other allowances admissible under Rules as shown below:
Lakhimpur Judiciary Recruitment Grade 4 Vacancy Details:
1. Peon
No of post: 1 [OBC/MOBC]
2. Chowkidar
No of post: 1 [SC]
Scale of pay: (PBl) Rs 12000- 52000/- + GP Rs.3900/-
Educational Qualification: Class VIII passed, upto Class XII passed.
Age Limit: The candidates must not be less than 18 years of age and not more than 43 years of age in case of OBC/MOBC and 45 years in case of sc.
Terms and Conditions:
The eligibility criteria regarding the Educational Qualification of the Candidate is that he/she must have passed Class VIII but should not have passed Class XII. Candidates who have passed Class XII/H.S shall not be eligible to apply. Candidates having extra qualification like driving, electrical repairing knowledge and other skills useful in the office functioning shall be given preference and the candidates are to mention about such extra qualification (if any) in their applications.
# The name of the candidates must be registered with any of the Employment Exchange of the State of Assam.
How to Apply Lakhimpur Judiciary Recruitment 2023 for Peon & Chowkidar Posts?
The duly filled up application in standard form along with attested educational qualification testimonials along with Caste certificate, Employment Exchange Certificate, Age proof Certificate and 3 (three) recent passport photographs should reach the office of the undersigned on or before 15/03/2023 and same be sent through registered post or the same be dropped in the drop box "DROP BOX APPLICATION FOR THE POST OF PEON & CHOWKIDER'' kept within the premises of C.J.M, Lakhimpur, North Lakhimpur.
The applications sent by post are to be addressed to the "OFFICE OF THE CHIE JUDICIAL MAGISTMTE, LAKHIMPUR, NORTH I.AKHIMPUR".
# The candidates shall mention their mobile number in the application from invariably and also mention their e-mail id in the application form if available.
# It should be mentioned in the envelop containing the application form that it is for which post and be super scribed as "APPLICATION FOR THE POST OF................."
Last date: The last date of receipt of the application is 15.03.2023. No be entertained after the last date.

The said list of applicants whose applications are found in order as well as the
specific dates of oral test/interview shall be uploaded in the official website of Lakhimpur District Judiciary in due course. (http://lakhimpurjudiciary.gov,in). separate call letters will be issued. Applicants are advised to go through the said Official Website regularly.
The final selection will be made based on the total marks obtained by candidates in the oral test /interview.
Interview centre: Lakhimpur (Date and Venue will be informed in the Official website).
No TA/DA will be admissible to the candidates for attending the interview process.
Incomplete applications i.e, those without necessary particulars, signature, photographs, testimonials shall be summarily rejected.
Information given by a candidate in his/her application shall bind the candidate and if it is found to be false his/her candidature shall be cancelled fofth with and he/she shall be liable for criminal prosecution.
If any candidate is found canvassing directly or indirectly, his/her candidature will be rejected.
